All proposals are submitted through the Apply as Presenter form on the conference website. You will be asked to upload a 150–250 word abstract and basic information such as your name, affiliation, and contact email.
3. Is there a submission fee?
No. There is no fee for submitting an abstract or proposal.
4. When will I receive the acceptance decision?
Most applicants receive an acceptance decision within 7–10 days of submission. Decisions may take longer during peak submission periods.
