You should arrive to “NOVOTEL Bangkok Fenix Silom hotel” and be at the Conference registration desk on Monday, 27th November 2017, by 1 p.m.
When should I depart?
We kindly ask you not to depart before the afternoon of Wednesday 29th November 2017. Participants are expected to be in attendance during the entire Conference.
Where does the Conference take place?
The Conference will take place at “NOVOTEL Bangkok Fenix Silom Hotel”, centrally located in one of the main commercial areas of Bangkok- Lumpini.

Where will I be accommodated during the Conference?
We offer you accommodation in “NOVOTEL Bangkok Fenix Silom hotel", which is where the Conference will take place. This is a quality five star hotel located in one of Bangkok’s best commercial areas, with easy access to both downtown and the international airport. All rooms are equipped with private bath, AC, telephone and TV. PCRC 2017 participants are entitled to special discounted rate of 80 USD for a single or a double deluxe room, with breakfast and tax included.
Will I have to stay in NOVOTEL Bangkok Fenix Silom hotel?
No, you can arrange accommodation on your own, in which case you pay only the Conference fee without accommodation included.
Is it possible to stay in the hotel before or after the Conference?
Yes, we will be happy to book a hotel room for you, provided that you inform us about your travel plans timely.
What does the Conference fee cover?
The conference fee covers admission to all sessions, coffee breaks and lunches in between the sessions, networking dinner, presentations of submitted papers, copy of the official conference proceedings publication, certificate, conference supplies and accompanying materials.
Do you offer financial assistance to attend the conference?
No, the conference is entirely non for profit and admission fees are projected solely based on the organizing cost of the event, hence there is no surplus that could potentially be used for this purpose. Instead, we encourage participants to search for funding from outside organizations and we provide accepted applicants with the letter of support to enhance their fundraising efforts. A number of our participants receive some sort of funding from their home universities as well as from the local NGO, corporate and governmental sectors in their communities.
