Admission & Fees – PCRC2026

The 11th Peace and Conflict Resolution Conference (PCRC2026) will be held from 13–15 November 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand and offers several participation options to accommodate presenters and attendees from different regions and professional backgrounds.


Please review the admission categories and what is included in each option before completing your registration.

Registration Steps

Submit Your Application

Receive Acceptance Letter

  • Presenters will receive an Acceptance Letter if their abstract is approved.
  • Attendees will receive a Confirmation of Participation.

Receive Invoice

  • After acceptance/confirmation, you will receive an invoice with payment instructions and applicable deadlines.​

Complete Payment

  • Your registration is considered complete once the payment of the admission fee has been received and confirmed.


Participants and presenters are carefully selected based on their merit as well as professional and personal background in order to ensure diversity of thoughts, cultures and perspectives represented in the conference.


Due to limited space in the conference and competitive admission process, we strongly encourage early applications in order to secure a spot.

​* We cannot guarantee the availability of spots for onsite registration. Onsite registration is subject to availability of spots and is offered to observers only, on first-come first-served basis. Presenters are required to complete their registration and secure spots in advance. After 1st of September 2026, presenters may register only for poster presentations, if space is available.  
** Presenters who do not 
physically attend the conference may opt for either poster, pre-recorded video or live streamed presentation. Remote presenters may upgrade to in-person attendance up to 2 months prior to a start of the program, at the latest. Subject to availability of spots. 
*** If more co-authors of the same paper/ presentation register for attending the conference, one must register at full admission fee.
**** Full time students attending the conference as observers only. Proof of full-time student status will be required.

What Your Registration Includes

In-Person Participants (Presenters & Attendees)

The admission fee for in-person participation generally includes:


  • Access to all conference sessions during the program
  • Certificate of Participation (printed)
  • Conference program and materials
  • Coffee/tea breaks, lunch and refreshments during scheduled breaks
  • Opportunity to join social/networking segments as indicated in the program
  • Accommodation, travel, and meals (other than specified in the program) are not included in the conference fee and are the responsibility of participants.


Virtual Participants (Presenters & Attendees)

The admission fee for virtual participation generally includes:

  • Access to selected sessions in virtual format
  • Inclusion of your presentation (if applicable) in the official program
  • Certificate of Participation (digital)
  • Conference program and materials in electronic form

Payment Methods

Details about payment methods (such as bank transfer or online payment options) are provided in your invoice and registration correspondence.

All bank charges and transfer costs must be covered by the participant to ensure the full fee amount is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancellation is made before 15th of February 2026 the full payment minus transfer charges will be refunded. 16th of February 2026 - 1st of September 2026, 50% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds will be given after 2nd of September 2026.

The cancellation policy applies to all reservations made.
